Some time ago I ran into financial problems and needed some help from my bank. The bank did help me a little but it was not enough. I asked for a bit more and the bank refused. Not wanting to declare personal bankruptcy I started to look desperately for help somewhere else. Unfortunately there was nobody out there willing to help me. No friends, no family. And I found myself in a perfect position to get into the trap which was set by people with money to catch people without them. I became a perfect prey.

What is the name of this trap? There are many, too many. "Money Mart", "Loans Till Payday", etc.etc...Those places lend you the money and charge you such interest on it that the first thing you were doing after getting the paycheque was going back there and borrow again. After a few weeks you needed two places like that. After a few months of such "financial operations" you needed four or more. After one year of struggles you were ready to wave a white flag , reaching the exact opposite of what you wanted to avoid in the first place. On the other hand just a little of a good will and understanding from your bank would make a huge difference in your life. But banks do not work in that way. There is no mercy for a simple, hard working man because he is not allowed to make any mistakes. Those are being reserved for banks and big corporations and they use these rights quite often by screwing things up in comfortable knowledge that they will be bailed out by governments with taxpayers' money. Some of this money coming of course from the pockets of many simple, hard working men.

Now you are in a position where neither banks nor loans till payday places will lend you any money. But you are the simple, hard working man and you will do everything to keep your mouth above the water.

Simple, hard working man of course because he is the one fighting for air and he is the one this trap was prepared for in the first place.
